Sellerie du Mont Ventoux
The workshop has been based in Provence, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, since 2001. Having trained at the Compagnons du Devoir craft guild, the owner has a high level of expertise in trim and upholstery for luxury vehicles. He regularly works on highly prestigious vehicles, such as a Bugatti 55 compressor exhibited at the Rétromobile show in Paris in 2013.
The rarity of the skills is linked to the highly advanced nature of the work, which demands great manual dexterity and in-depth knowledge of the raw materials used; meanwhile, only a small number of craftspeople are active at the high end of the market.
Each job is specific and made to measure. The focus is on the luxury market. Work on one car can take up to a month.
