The DGCIS/Ubifrance partnership for EPVs has been renewed The export agreement in favour of EPV companies signed between the Direction Générale de la Compétitivité, de l’Industrie et des Services (DGCIS – Directorate General for Competition, Industry and Services) and Ubifrance, the French agency for the international business development, has been renewed.

New provisions concerning the tax credit for crafts professions The tax credit for crafts professions concerning companies with the EPV (Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant) label (whether crafts or not) was renewed to 31 December 2016, but has been rearranged given certain difficulties in applying it due to the interpretation of the notion of “new product design”. This system now applies to expenses incurred by the company for creating unique items produced in a single specimen or in a small series.

The EPV Label presented at the 2013 SME Assembly in Lithuania On Monday, 25 November 2013, the Living Heritage Company (EPV) label will be presented during the 2013 SME Assembly that will be taking place in Vilnius (Lithuania) on 25 and 26 November.
