The EPV label’s 2013 activity report has been released The Institut Supérieur des Métiers (ISM) has been mandated by the French Government to manage the EPV label (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant – Living Heritage Company) and has just released the label’s 2013 activity report. The year 2013 notably brought the EPV label’s increased international exposure, with the organisation of key events (exhibition at Harrods in London, Los Angeles and New York, presentation of the label at the European SME Assembly in Vilnius), the publication of many reports in the foreign press, etc. EPVs have regularly been recognised as one of the pillars of the “France Brand” that is currently being developed.

Presentation of the EPV label to a Chinese delegation On 26 February 2014, a delegation of Chinese art history students, accompanied by Mr Georges Levet of the Association des Journalistes du Patrimoine (Association of Heritage Journalists), was given a warm welcom by Mr Alexis Govciyan, Director of the ISM. He took this opportunity to present the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label: its origins, criteria for obtaining the label, advantages, profiles of companies with the label, dedicated promotional and support activities.

5th March 2014: Conference and debate on The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCIP), supported by the Department of Competitiveness, Industry and Services (DGCIS) and the French Ministry for Industrial Recovery, conducted a 2-year programme to accompany SMEs and very small companies in the Greater Paris area in the fields of fashion, luxury and artistic professions with a view to their transfer. The ISM partnered this programme, which concerned a high number of EPV companies.
