From 20 to 26 March 2017, EPVs are celebrating industry! On 20 March 2017, the 7th annual Industry Week begins throughout France, an opportunity to allow the general public to learn more about industry and its different sectors, and especially to meet the Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Companies) in their area. The week will feature company tours, events, exhibitions and meetings with professionals.

8-10 March 2017: Living Heritage Companies (EPV) on display at Art de Vivre à La Française in Singapore Within the framework of the partnership between the French General Directorate for Enterprise (DGE) and Business France, the national agency to promote the French economy around the world, the French government is supporting EPVs’ export-boosting activities. Several Living Heritage Companies will be showcased in Singapore during the “Art de vivre à la française” exhibition that is being staged.

EPV label presented to a delegation of Chinese students On 14 February 2017, the Institut Supérieur des Métiers hosted a delegation of around fifteen Chinese cultural management students, led by the Association des Journalistes du Patrimoine (Heritage Journalists Association) for a presentation on the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label. Accompanied by Georges Levet, Secretary General of the Association des Journalistes du Patrimoine, the Chinese students (studying conservation, cultural management, cultural heritage management, the art market, etc.) were able to better understand the EPV label.

The ISM publishes the status report of the EPV certification label, which has just celebrated its 10-year anniversary The Institut Supérieur des Métiers (ISM), commissioned by the State to manage the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company, or EPV) label, has just published its 2016 status report. This label is a unique way for the State to recognise and value exceptional French companies. The year 2016 was punctuated with high points and events to celebrate the label's tenth anniversary, especially ones linked to craft and gastronomy-based tourism.
