Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant

The EPV Label is the national winner for the 2014 European Enterprise Promotion Award

The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) Label has been selected on the French national level to participate in the 2014 European Enterprise Promotion Awards. Created by the European Commission in 2005, this award annually rewards the best policies and practices in the field of entrepreneurship and support to businesses in Europe.

The European Commission hopes that the winners of this award will be role models in Europe’s regions so as to create a favourable environment for business development and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The competition has two stages:

- First, the national jury selects two nominees for all categories taken together to compete at the European level.

- The European jury will meet in July 2014 and will publish a shortlist of the nominees chosen. The final results will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held in Naples on 2 October 2014 as part of the SME Assembly.

The European winners will receive their award and will be recognised for their creativity and their results. They can thus become a source of inspiration and serve as a model throughout the European Union.

The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant Label is one of the two French nominees and will compete in the "Supporting the Internationalisation of Business” category.
