7 EPV “Tables d’Exception” for the Fête de la Gastronomie

As part of the Festival of Gastronomy and the 10th anniversary of the EPV label, the ISM will present 7 exceptional gastronomic and ‘arts de table’ selections from all over France, illustrating the extraordinary talents of Living Heritage Companies: Restaurant 144/Petrossian and Le Taillevent in Paris, Le Negresco in Nice, the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz, Le Relais Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, the Les Crayères estate in Reims and the Manufacture Cluizel Chocolatrium® in Damville, are all EPV certified and will host these presentations highlighting the complementary expertise of EPV gastronomy, tableware and décor.

Living Heritage Companies certified by the French state for their exceptional craft know-how and industrial expertise, are ambassadors of French excellence. About 300 of them are involved in gastronomy-related activities (wines and spirits, sweets and catering), tableware (cutlery, glassware, silverware, china, kitchen equipment) and decor (table linen, home equipment and furniture).

For the occasion of the 10th anniversary of this state label, a large Living Heritage Company Tables d’Exception (exceptional gastronomic and ‘arts de table’ presentations) operation has been programmed.
Bringing EPV companies together around a joint event, the ISM and the Committee for the Fête de la Gastronomie organised an EPV working committee on 29 March 2016 at the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and the Digital sector in Bercy.



The 7 EPV "tables d'exception” will be presented during the Fête de la Gastronomie, on 23, 24 and 25 September 2016.
To promote the know-how of the exhibiting EPVs and as part of the launch for the Fête de la Gastronomie, a preview event will be organised at each of the gastronomic establishments taking part throughout the week from 19 September and the following weekend.
