The DGE/Business France export partnership for EPVs has been renewed

The export agreement for Living Heritage Companies signed between the General Directorate for Enterprise (DGE) and Business France, the French agency for international business development, has been renewed. In 2016 the programme for EPVs includes: the Hospitality – Decoration Connecting Days in the United Arab Emirates, the French Design Forum in London, “Art de Vivre à la Française” in Shanghai and a cluster approach in the US / Canada.

As part of the DGE / Business France, partnership, the state supports the activities of EPVs involved in export. 77% of Living Heritage Companies do business abroad.

In 2015, this programme gave 12 EPVs a presence on the Turkish market (through the "Art de Vivre à la française” exhibition in Istanbul, in November 2015) and enabled PR actions and invitations to decision-makers at Expo Milano (September 2015). Turkish influencers also came to meet EPVs at the Salon Révélations trade show and a delegation of a dozen German, Austrian and Turkish heritage restoration professionals were introduced to sixty EPVs at the international cultural heritage trade show (the Salon International du Patrimoine Culturel) held in Paris. A training session, "How to Get Started in Export", was also organised on 8 and 9 December 2015 and was attended by twenty EPV companies.

This partnership has been renewed by the DGE and Business France for 2016. It aims to support both first-time and established exporters in all sectors.
