Apply to represent the Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant at the Milan Expo 2015! The Milan 2015 Universal Exposition, which is expected to receive 20 million visitors, will take place from 1 May to 31 October 2015. So far, 128 countries of the world have already confirmed their presence; the UN, FAO and EU will also be represented. At the Expo, France wanted to put a special spotlight on the Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (EPVs), by setting aside a space for them at the centre of its pavilion.

Three EPV-labelled companies win Stars et Métiers 2014 awards The winners of the national Star et Métiers 2014 competition, organised by the Chambers of Trades and Crafts and banking network Banques Populaires, were awarded their prizes on the evening of 2 December 2014, in Paris. Three of the eight award-winners are EPV-labelled firms, including Fonderie Cornille-Havard, which was also voted the public's favourite.

Export training for 18 EPV-labelled firms As part of the export partnership for EPV-labelled companies between Ubifrance and the DGE (Directorate-General for Businesses), the Institut Supérieur des Métiers offered a training course entitled "Export Basics" on 3 and 4 December 2014. 18 EPVs took part in the course, which was given by Laure Vigliano, an international trade and development consultant.
