Beauvillé, Manufacture d'impression sur étoffes
Makers of household linen (Beauvillé), the company also works as a sub-contractor (fabric printing factory) for well-known brands (Hermès, Pierre Frey).
The factory carries out all printing and sewing operations, and the print beds are made at the company too.
Its rare know-how is flat bed printing; this can be manual (a limited number of colours) or mechanical (up to 20 colours). Prior to this stage, the company carries out singeing (removing fly) and bleaching, which destroys the coloured pigments of the raw fabric. Less than ten companies in France possess this skill.
Its customers are individuals and companies. The company works to order for large brands and via a network of sellers to distribute its collections. It takes part in trade shows all over the world.
