The company developed the technique and designed the machine that evenly distributes bicarbonate of soda powder onto a ball of hot glass. Bubbles used to be considered a defect of poorly refined glass, but the "Verrerie de Biot" transformed them into a decorative process by purposely creating gas bubbles in the glass. It turned a defect into a trade mark. Today, the company proposes a full range of glass items for table ware: plates, beakers, bottles, carafes, jars, cups, etc. It preserves all models of ranges made since 1956 and each year adds to its collection with new items.
