Founded in 1923, the company is specialised in transforming ewes’ milk to make Roquefort cheese traditionally by hand.

It is skilled in the ancestral and highly coded know-how of making Roquefort. It implements the following operations: working the milk in the dairy, refining cheese on the site of Roquefort in special cellars.

 

Its clientele is national and international and consists mainly of companies (wholesalers, dairy men, cheese-makers and caterers).
