Etablissements Paul Mathis S.A
The company’s rare and complex know-how lies in its ability to assemble several small wooden elements using a structural gluing procedure. This results in large timber frames that support the contours of large modern buildings, instead of using the technique of a single piece of wood which can only be used on straight structures and standard contours.
The company works to order and replies to bids all over the world. It has a team of 40 engineers, who analyse architects' projects, design and supervise the manufacture of timber frame kits in the factory and the installation on site by carpenters.
The clientele consists of companies and individuals.
