Each dried plant infuses slowly and separately into a top quality alcohol and is then delicately pressed. Next comes the mixing, the taste test, filtering and adjustments. The company uses maceration tanks that were previously used in the perfume industry, extractors and fine stills. "La Liquoristerie de Provence” also makes other spirits: Aqualanca (anisette), pastis and different liquors (melon, couscouille, thyme). It has also developed several products related to absinth, in partnership with artists, designers and perfume-makers (absinth perfume, fountain, glasses, etc.). The products are sold in France and abroad directly in the shop and also via Internet and a network of cellar owners and fine grocers.
