Located in the Ariège department since 1922, this company of pork product craftsmen from father to son stands out in the charcuterie profession by the high quality of its products thanks to its use of meat from an Ariège hog known as the "Galavard de Terrefort”.

All their charcuterie is produced using heavy local pork from the best animals selected and raised by producers in the Ariège department.

The company offers a wide range of products, including leading products such as dry-cured ham, fresh sausages, fattened duck, fois gras, prepared regional dishes and "coco de milh”, a corn-based blood sausage.

They perform all operations: cutting, mincing, salting, preparing dishes and preserves, and canning.
