Au Sabot Camorien
It is one of the last companies in France to apply this know-how and to supply many private individuals, not to mention the Puy du Fou historical theme park.
Beech wood is cut by a local forester and then cut into sections, sawed, turned, hollowed, dried and sanded at the workshop to become clogs. Lastly, finishings are applied to the clogs with leather and sculpted trim.
Throughout the year, customers can visit the workshop and, every Thursday in July and August, Claude Simon shares his profession and his passion with you during demonstrations.
