The La Quiberonnaise cannery offers a selection of sardines (classic, traditional, flavoured) as well as numerous specialties: smoked oysters, cod liver, fish soup, long-fin tuna, mackerel and speciality seaweed, etc.

Located at the fishing port on the Quiberon peninsula, it processes fresh fish in the traditional way: sardines are prepared and canned by hand within 48 hours of fishing.

With an ancestral know-how of fish cannery techniques and specialising in sardines, the company works according to the seasonality of fish catches.

Started by Henriette Jourdan, La Quiberonnaise follows a very specific protocol of traditional sardine manufacture uniquely elaborated and scrupulously practised. No additives are present in the products or pre-processed additions (mustard).

The company has won several awards: best rating in 2002 in the magazine "Gault et Millau" in a comparison of traditional-style sardines, voted "Talent du goût" in 2007, " best choice and top quality sardines" according to UFC-Que Choisir experts in 2012, etc.
