Coming out of the merger of two cooperatives founded in 1909 and 1935, Isigny Sainte-Mère has its roots in Calvados and has assured the fame of its home town, Isigny Sainte Mère.
It is known in the profession for its mimolette manufacturing processes, its crème fraiche using the slow maturation method and churned butter, dry salted in sea salt.

Its soft cheeses are made using yeasts cultivated by the cooperative; the AOP camembert is moulded by hand.

Meanwhile, Isigny Sainte-Mère has developed innovative manufacturing methods for baby milk powders, instant powders and dietary products.

It offers its upscale clientele unique refining processes. In its know-how and expertise, moreover, it possesses a valuable economic heritage to draw on.

The company exports half of its production.
