Costet Decoration was set up in 1928 in Colombes in western Paris. It specialises in the creation of glass bottles for the perfume industry, cosmetics and make-up in the mid-range, high-end and luxury markets.

It deploys technical expertise related to the mastery of what are now mechanised and automated processes. The most complex manufacturing steps are the production of the print for validation by the customer, the production of tooling at the machining centre, the creation of screens and screen print buffers and duplicates of shades, the integration of components in production and achieving a high quality range. Difficulty increases with the complexity of the decoration and shape of the bottle.

Among the most delicate operations are applying precious metals, anamorphic patterns, patterns in four colours, decorations on bottles without a base and combining multiple processes on a single bottle. The company's orders come from large companies who entrust Costet with the outsourcing of the completion of bottles, as well as directly from perfumers and cosmetics houses. Among this first group are LVMH (Guerlain, Kenzo), Lanvin, Jimmy Choo, Van Cleef & Arpels, Jean-Paul Gautier and Eaux de colognes. The second group of orders come directly from Creed, Chanel, Thierry Mugler, Paul Smith, Cartier, La Prairie, Burberry, Kiko and bespoke perfume brands for small and medium series. A significant part of the business is generated internationally.
