This shipyard was set up in 1993 in the port of Concarneau.
JFA's exceptional know-how is exercised in carpentry, cabinet-making, boiler making and mechanics.
Each boat is unique and requires technical innovations. Above and beyond the various constraints related to boatbuilding (weight, sound insulation, hull shapes), the most delicate operations in the field of carpentry and cabinetmaking consist in making unique pieces designed by interior designers, making veneers of hardwoods and innovative composite materials, carving and machining solid wood pieces and laying teak decks in a traditional way.

In the field of boiler making, the construction of hulls in aluminium requires complex know-how and expertise in mirror-polished steel is needed for the production of stainless steel hardware.
A very high level of finish is required because the comfort and hospitality expected on such boats are comparable to those of great palaces.

It should be noted that each order provides between 18 and 30 months work for 30 to 40 people.
The company regularly features in the international press. JFA also participates in several international shows every year.
