Atelier Gilles Tavernier

Wrought metalwork
185 route du Grand Guillermet

Sale to private individuals and professionals

The company designs, makes and restores wrought ironwork: fences, gates, stair rails, furniture, lights and decorative objects.

The workshop has rare know-how in ironwork due to the high quality of its work, related to a long experience in forging and the use of rare and complex skills: spinning (shaping through hammering), traditional assembly (riveting), casting lead directly onto bars, etc. It adapts the work to the site: design and production of classical style, contemporary design, restoration and alteration of ancient ironwork.

The company plays a role in preserving techniques that are gradually disappearing: spinning, lead casting on bars.

Its clientele consists mainly of individuals.
