Founded in 1796, Mulot & Petitjean is the last remaining company producing the traditional Dijon gingerbread of the 19th century. This company hands down traditions from its fathers to its sons and daughters

Specialised in producing gingerbread, its manufacturing process is a secret, keeping to the original recipes and human expertise: a large part of the production is still carried out by hand. Gingerbread is produced in all of its forms: nibbles, thin iced biscuits, slices, gingerbread for coffee...

The Company also works in partnership with major brands for the research and development of creative and innovative recipes. Mulot & Petitjean has been upholding the tradition of genuine Dijon Gingerbread for over 220 years.

Proud of their history and their culinary tradition, the company opened a museum at their production site in June 2017. This area allows visitors to discover the secrets behind the recipe that makes Dijon the capital of Gingerbread.
