Pâtisserie Jacques was founded in 1934. Patisseries, chocolates (including liqueur chocolates) and ice creams are all made in-house.
Their choice of raw materials is impeccable: cream and Echiré churn butter, organic raw milk and eggs delivered by two local farms, Piedmont hazelnuts, Marcona almonds from Spain, Tahitian vanilla; the chocolate coatings are supplied by Valrhona, who guarantee the chosen origin (Guanaja cocoa beans).

Products are seasonal (strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and blueberry tarts). All intermediary products are produced in-house, such as the praline, freshly prepared every 2 weeks. The laboratory handles all of the sugar, chocolate and nougat decorations.

The company is a member of the Relais Desserts group, and is regularly featured in Thuriez Magazine and other trade publications in France and Japan.
