HOTEL DU PALAIS, Imperial Resort & Spa de Biarritz
Various different catering (cocktail canapés), and pastry and culinary decoration (sugar paste sculpture, chocolate creations) culinary arts are undertaken at the hotel. Guests may enjoy meals at three establishments: La "Villa Eugénie" (one star in the Michelin Guide) for a gourmet meal, La Rotonde for lunch or dinner facing the ocean and the "Hippocampe" for breakfast by the pool.
