It is known within a network of pastry-making professionals for the quality of its almond paste, obtained thanks to different innovations, such as maturing the paste, which are now a reference in the profession.
Its core business is 100% almond purée. Its second sector is that of making almond paste. Today it is developing new products (plant-based drinks to keep up with organic trends) and has modern manufacturing and packaging workshops.
Its clientele is made up almost exclusively of distributors of quality food products.
