The company exclusively produces and sells champagnes, totalling just over a million bottles a year. All of the products are extremely high-end wines: Grande Réserve, Grand Rosé, Grand Blanc de Blancs, Grand Millésime, and the Gosset Celebris Extra Brut range.
Nowadays, the vintages continue to be presented in an antique bottle, an exact reproduction of the one that has been used by Champagne Gosset since the 18th century.
Champagne Gosset carries out the first fermentation, blending, bottling, ageing, riddling, disgorging, labelling and shipping. Gosset blends combine the best Crus from the Marne region (Grands Crus and Premiers Crus) with an average classification of 95% according to the official Cru system.Malolactic fermentation is carefully avoided in order to preserve the malic acid, which gives the wines their naturally fruity aroma.
