Faïencerie Georges takes pleasure in depicting an anthology of everyday life.
From casual strolls and chance meetings, almost at random, a slideshow takes shape.
An accumulation of images, moments, often tinged with humour, sometimes quirky, always poetic. A pylon at the edge of a road, a beach scene, a DJ mid-set, a brownfield, a cottage lost in the snow...

Each snapshot is the starting point of a story that Carole Georges and Jean-François Dumont, associate artistic directors, want to tell us. Their history since 1898 is in plates... Plates in all their forms and uses: practical or decorative, individually or in a service.

They are the fourth generation of potters in Nevers who, under the eyes of founder Emile Georges, have developed the motifs while retaining the traditional techniques - shaping by hand, decoration on raw enamel, "grand feu" firing. They exhibit a perfect mastery of the art of faience and decoration by hand. This is the guarantee that each piece is unique.
