Founded in 1960, this company is an artisanal chocolatier that focuses on the creation of luxury chocolate products.

The laboratory produces ganaches, pralines and almond pastes and creates chocolate from pure cacao paste, with subtle additions of sugar and cocoa butter. Professional techniques are used in line with the great tradition of chocolate making.

Its bold creations marry artisanal tradition with a strong passion for innovation.

The company uses Grand Cru cacao grown in Latin America (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador), the Caribbean and estates in Papua New Guinea and Vietnam. It uses Criollo beans for preference, a rare species that represents 5% of the global harvest. These beans create highly aromatic chocolates with low levels of bitterness, qualities beloved by Dufoux, with its constant commitment to its supply of raw materials.
