Le Tampographe is a Parisian workshop dedicated to the creation and manufacture of ink stamps. It has been operating for 10 years near the Père Lachaise cemetery, developing original graphic tools for individuals and graphic arts enthusiasts.
Every Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm, the Tampographic Gallery opens its doors next to the workshop, and you can see the many models developed by Le Tampographe, as well as original printing techniques developed over the years. The workshop is not open to the public.

The processes used in the workshop are varied and constantly evolving, ranging from the most ancient manual engraving techniques to the latest laser technologies, including photoengraving.
Since its tentative beginnings in 2007, Le Tampographe has created a vast repertoire of forms, techniques and playful processes allowing fans to enjoy the pleasures of portable printing.

Le Tampographe does not provide printing services or custom stamps, the bulk of its production is concerned with technical and graphical experimentation.
