From father to son, since 1958, "Le travail du bois d’olivier” has been making tableware or decorative items exclusively from olive wood.

Each item has a unique shape, determined by the irregular patterns in the raw wood. Products made are mostly tableware (salad bowls, bowls, cutlery, spatulas, cheese plates or chopping boards) or decorative items (vases, fruit bowls, clocks, lamp stands, etc.).

Today, the company has the widest range of items made from olive wood.   Its speciality is salad bowls and different cups. Each item is monitored throughout three years of drying and refining, which guarantees the quality.

Two boutiques, at number 4 and number 8 grand’rue in the medieval town of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, welcome visitors from all over. In 2008, thanks to the creation of the first violin in olive wood, Guillaume Dubosq won the first departmental and regional prize in the SEMA competition, in the "tradition” category.
