Its Marseille soap comes in two forms: green soap made of olive oil (72% fat in pieces of 300, 400, 600 and 1,000 g, and 15 kg bars) and white Marseille soap, based on plant oils, in particular palm, copra and groundnut. The workshop is one of the last to make Marseille soap using traditional methods. It uses metal cauldrons dating from 1949. Flaking, coiling, extrusion, cutting, die-casting and moulding all use the original techniques. Moulding and die-casting are performed manually for each piece of soap. "Le Serail” products are sold in specialised boutiques and in supermarkets.
